The Plastic Nurses Symposium is being held at The Pullman Hotel, Auckland Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May 2025

An Annual Education Meeting for Plastic Surgical/Theatre Nurses & Patient Co-ordinators.

This annual event was first held in 2004 and has grown yearly to include the attendance of nurses from all over Australasia. Our event is endorsed by well renowned plastic surgeons throughout New Zealand and is dedicated to bringing together nurses who specialise in the field of plastic surgery and providing a great networking opportunity for professionals in this sector.

The meeting will take place over one weekend and will consist of talks from various expert surgeons and nurses in the field of plastic surgery including extensive case studies and in-depth reviews on the latest advanced techniques and comments on controversial topics.

We aim to provide further education and inform plastic surgical/ theatre nurses and patient coordinators on the latest technological advancements, plus explore best practices in various areas relating to plastic surgery in both the public and private sectors to provide improved patient outcomes.

This symposium can be credited towards continuing medical education (CME). The conference is convened by NZIPCS co-ordinator Karen Baker and organised by Keryn Walsh.

We welcome all attendees from New Zealand and around the globe and encourage you to register now as spaces are limited.
